Online Shipping Policy & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth online shopping experience during our special event, we have put together our shipping policy details based on standard small business practices across Canada.

1. Canada-Wide Shipping Scope

We proudly offer shipping services across Canada. Standard delivery timelines typically range between 3 to 9 business days depending on your destination from our studio.

2. Remote Locations & Delivery Surcharges

Due to high carrier delivery surcharges applied by couriers to remote or rural postal codes (such as northern regions or fly-in communities), extra shipping fees may occasionally apply. If a delivery surcharge affects your shipping address, we will always reach out to you prior to fulfilling or processing your order.

3. Order Review & Cancellation Clause

Because handcrafted candles and wax products can be heavy to ship, shipping rates can vary drastically by region. In rare cases where the actual cost of shipping significantly exceeds the total value of the purchased goods, orders may be subject to review, adjustment, or cancellation with a full and immediate refund issued to the customer.

4. Processing Times & Availability

Orders placed during our special market event will be carefully packed and processed in the order they are received. Promotional items, particularly our limited-supply 50% off specialty candles, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Come visit us at the Royal Canadian Legion tomorrow between 10 AM and 4 PM, or shop the sale online at www.marsolights.com
